Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Mitchell has been a well-renowned chiropractor for 23 years. After serving in the U.S. Armed Forces, he went through his undergraduate studies at Grand Valley State University in Michigan and graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa with his Doctorate in Chiropractic. Palmer graduates are distinguished from other chiropractors by their ability to provide patients with the “Palmer Package” of chiropractic adjustments including but not limited to extremity adjustments, diverse technique activator, and Thompson drop. After graduating, Dr. Mitchell delved into sports medicine and chiropractic treatment. He became one of the chiropractors for the Detroit Lions and continues to do chiropractic work for many professional fighters. He then started his own business, Desert Mountain Spinal Care (DMSC), with his wife Danette. Since starting DMSC he has helped launch other cutting-edge programs/businesses including Photomed Technology and Vision
Scope. Throughout the years Dr. Mitchell has managed patient care with some of the top specialists in their fields. This approach allows the patient to heal the fastest way possible by combining one or several specialties of medicine.

Hello! I’m Alexander de Soler, N.M.D.

Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine

Dr. Alexander de Soler is a highly qualified and experienced medical professional, holding a doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine from Sonoran University of Health Sciences Medical School and an undergraduate degree in finance from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business. He is licensed to practice Naturopathic Medicine in Arizona and has over a decade of experience in the field of integrative medicine. He currently serves as the medical director for Regenesis Wellness Center of Scottsdale, which focuses on men and women’s health and offers regenerative injection therapy for pain management.

His commitment to helping his patients achieve optimal health and well-being through the creation of individualized treatment plans. These plans focus on reversing chronic illnesses and preventing disease.  Dr. de Soler is a seasoned expert in integrative and natural medicine. He consistently exhibits high-level analytical skills, honesty, inquisitiveness, drive, empathy, and a conviction in the importance of the longevity of his patients.

Danette Mitchell co-owns Desert Mountain Spinal Care and Regenesis Wellness Center with her husband, Dr. Michael S. Mitchell, D.C. For over 20 years she has been dedicated to growing her company and helping the Scottsdale community by researching and perfecting new and innovative techniques, treatments, and therapies that empower the body and mind to operate at their fullest potential. Danette graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a double major in Therapeutic Recreation and Programming and for the past 20 years has been a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Arizona. In addition to managing the office, she heads the weight loss programs offered at Regenesis utilizing her experience in diet counseling and her passion for clean living.

Hello! I’m Meg, LMT

Licensed Massage Therapist

 Meg is a licensed massage therapist who performs the deep tissue massages at Regenesis. She studied and trained in Sydney and Canberra, Australia, San Francisco, and Hawaii before moving to Phoenix and completing the 700 hour program at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. Since then she has spent multiple years in her private practice in North Scottsdale before becoming a part of the Regenesis Team.
