Preparing for your first visit
How do I prepare for my first visit?
Prior to your appointment, you will receive New Patient Paperwork via email from a member of our team, or you may download it from our website. Kindly ensure that the completed paperwork is brought with you to your appointment. If you are unable to complete it beforehand, please plan to arrive 45
minutes early to allow time for completion. Additionally, please bring your ID and insurance card with you. If you are seeing Dr. Mitchell for a chiropractic appointment, please do not wear a dress or skirt. If you are unable to change before your appointment, a pair of disposable shorts will be provided for you.
How long is my appointment?
Appointments with our Naturopath are scheduled for 45 minutes. Initial consultations with our Chiropractor are allocated 30 minutes, while follow-up appointments are scheduled for 15 minutes.
Do you take insurance?
We are out of network with all insurance companies. Depending on your coverage, your payments in our office may go towards your out of network deductible.
